Updates and notifications

Automatic update of AI scouts and notification:

By default, an organization's AI scouts will be updated every 14 days. When updating the scouts new high-priority signals identified, a scouting update email is sent to all admins and managers sent by the account.

However, users have the option to select or turn off the automatic update of the AI scouts themselves. When the automatic update is deactivated (Off), no automatic emails about new updates will be sent.
