If users experience display problems in AnyIdea, this is most likely due to the activated browser setting Automatic Translation or Browser Translation. This feature should be deactivated accordingly for proper functionality.
If a user clicks on links in emails from AnyIdea and receives the message Link invalid, then it is very likely that the links will be automatically shortened by your email program. If this is the case, please provide information and we will coordinate this with your IT department accordingly.
