Evaluation of ideas
Before ideas are evaluated, an initial tendency is already apparent as to how interesting certain ideas are.
- Likes: How many likes has an idea received?
- Relevant ideas: How often was an idea marked as relevant by evaluator and owner?
- Number of points: How many points has an idea scored?
This is how to evaluate an idea:
- Go into a campaign
- Select the Ideas tab
- Click on an idea
- The Evaluation section can be found in right area of the detailed view

As an owner or evaluator in a campaign, you have the right to evaluate ideas. In this case, the button at the top right of the "Evaluation" area is purple and active. In brackets, you can see how many users have already evaluated and how many are authorized to do so.
You will only see the results of existing evaluations after you have submitted your own assessment. They should not be influenced in advance.
Click on the button "Evaluate an idea". Depending on the settings you make, you can rate ideas based on two or three criteria. For details and help with the individual criteria, move the mouse over the "i" icon. Use the sliders to submit your review and press Save. You can see the results of all evaluations submitted to date visualized above the portfolio. You can see the evaluation results for all ideas in a campaign in the campaign's idea portfolio.
💡 Note
It is important to know that the Individual campaign criteria can be defined. More about this at Adapting the portfolio of ideas.
