Settings: Profile and Company

Video

In this video, let's get familiar with managing your user profile and your company account.

User profile

To do this, let's go to the name in the top right corner. You will see two profiles listed.

You can find your own personal scout profile above. This includes the account, the profile of your company to which you are assigned as an administrator.

At the top right, you can always see which profile you are currently working with. By default, you are logged in with the profile that you last worked with.

When you select your personal scout profile, you can see campaigns they've been invited to, send ideas, or view other ideas, for example.

Company account

When you go to your company's profile, you as an administrator have full access to all modules, functions and settings. Maintain basic information for your company. To do this, select the Settings button for the company account in the top right corner.

If you have received a voucher from a partner or the AnyIdea Customer Success Team, you can enter it in the overview on the right.

In the overview on the left, you can see what plan your company has with AnyIdea. With the "Upgrade" button, you get an overview of AnyIdea's plans and can view them in detail.

Go to company settings. In the overview, enter the relevant information and a brief description. And upload your company's logo. This allows other users to easily identify with your company. Go to Save to save the entries.

My data

Next, maintain your personal profile. To do this, select the "Profile" button in the top right corner again. With the three dots, you can enter and change your data.

Upload a photo of yourself so that colleagues recognize you right away. Optionally, maintain the department in which you work, your position, and interests. The respective information is included in the overview accordingly.

Now it is time to invite more team members to AnyIdea!
