User management and permissions

Inviting users to AnyIdea

In the main menu Users you can invite colleagues and stakeholders to AnyIdea, either directly via email or .csv file upload. If a Microsoft AD connection and Single Sign On have been set up, all colleagues are automatically taken over and should already appear here. Here you can find out more about the general user management. From this user pool, you can now add all or only certain people to a campaign

How to add people to a campaign:

  1. Go into a campaign
  2. Select the tab User Management
  3. Select the appropriate tab, e.g. evaluator
  4. Click on the button Add user


Individual users can be searched for via the search field or selected using a filter. Select the desired users via the checkbox on the left (the “Add” button counts up). With the Add button, AnyIdea automatically sends an invitation email including a link to the campaign to the selected users if the Send invitation by email option is activated at the bottom of the screen.

Roles in campaigns

There are three roles in campaigns, which provide for different consecutive authorizations.

Scouts

Can send ideas, see all ideas in the campaign, comment on and like them

Evaluator

How scouts
+ Evaluate ideas in a campaign

Member/Owner

Only admins or managers can assume this role.
How evaluators
+ Comprehensive campaign management
+ Invitation of further evaluators and scouts
+ Campaign-level comments, which notifies all participants

Invitation and status

Under the “User Management” tab, you can see the current status of your invited users per user role. You can sort the list by status and simply and quickly send all users who have not yet been accepted (invited) a reminder by e-mail via selection (select the checkbox to the left of the name) and the “Send reminder” button at the top.
