User management and permissions

Invite user in AnyIdea

In the Users main menu, you can invite colleagues and stakeholders to AnyIdea. Either directly via e-mail or .csv file upload. If a Microsoft AD connection and Single Sign On have been set up, all colleagues are automatically transferred and should already appear here. Here you can find more about the general user management. From this user pool all or only certain persons can be added to a campaign.

How to add people to a campaign:

  1. Go into a campaign
  2. Select the User Management tab
  3. Select the appropriate tab e.g. Evaluator
  4. Click the Add User button


The search field can be used to search for individual users or to select users by filter. Select the desired users via the checkbox on the left (counter at the button "Add" is increased). With the Add button, AnyIdea automatically sends an invitation e-mail including a link to the campaign to the selected users if the Send invitation by e-mail option is activated at the bottom of the screen.

Roles in campaigns

There are three roles in campaigns, which provide different permissions that build on each other.

Scouts‍

Can send ideas, see all ideas in the campaign, comment and like them.

Evaluator‍

How scouts evaluate
+ ideas in a campaign

Member/Owner

‍Thisrole can only be taken by admins or managers.
Like evaluators
+ Comprehensive management of the campaign
+ Invitation of additional evaluators and scouts
+ Comments at campaign level, which notifies all participants

Invitation and status‍

Under the tab "User Management" you can see the current status of your invited users per user role. You can sort the list by status and send all not yet accepted (invited) users by selection (checkbox to the left of the name) and the button above "Send reminder" easily and quickly a reminder by e-mail.
