Scouting update email and update interval

From now on, account can be specifically defined at which intervals the AI scouts are recalculated and automatically updated.

By default, all AI scouts on an account are updated for 2 weeks. The interval can be individually adjusted or deactivated to 4 or 8 weeks.

Will new high-priority results get recognized in the AI scouts after an update, the account's admins and managers are automatically notified via email.
