Scouting update mail and update interval

Users can now define how often the AI scouts of their organization are automatically updated.
By default, all AI scouts of an organization are automatically updated every 14 days, but the interval can be individually adjusted to 4 or 8 weeks or deactivated.

If the update detects new high-prio results in the AI scouts, the organization's admins and managers are automatically notified by update email .
