Scouting update mail and update interval

The intervals at which the AI scouts are recalculated and automatically updated can now be defined for each account.

By default, all AI scouts for an account are updated every two weeks. The interval can be individually adjusted or deactivated to 4 or 8 weeks.

If new high-priority results are detected in the AI scouts after an update, the admins and managers of the account are automaticallynotified by email .
