User management and roles at AnyIdea

Central user management and roles

In the main menu item Users , you can manage scouts, innovation managers and administrators across the board.

In campaigns , you can manage scouts, evaluators and campaign managers in a campaign-specific and targeted manner.

Administrators

As an admin, you manage via the respective tab:

Scouts

Invite users to become scouts of the company and remove existing scouts of the company.

Followers

Add followers of the company as scouts of the company, and remove them as followers of the company.

Manager

Add users to the company as Admin or Innovation Manager, change their role and remove them from the respective role.

As an Innovation Manager, you can select from the respective tab:

Scouts

Invite users to become scouts of the company.

Followers

Add followers of the company as scouts of the company.

Note: The administration of the scouts, evaluators and members of a campaign is done in the campaign via the User Management tab.
