Note: only administrators can make these settings.

Account and organization

1. go to your account on the top right and click on the gear.

2. go to Organization settings.

Upload a logo in .png or .jpg format and save. For best display, use a square logo such as the FavIcon from the website or the logo from the LinkedIn company page.

Innovation settings

To the right of the organization settings, you will find the innovation settings. You can transfer internal designations and terminology to AnyIdea so that all participants can find each other again. These settings are used as default settings for every campaign in Ideation. They can be adapted individually in each campaign. 

1. Portfolio settings: x-axis, y-axis and point size.
2. Evaluation criteria
3. Tips and information for evaluators regarding the individual criteria. For example, at what investment/number of man-days is it a high implementation effort and when is it a low implementation effort.
4. Gamification: Select the criterion that, if evaluated >5 (center), will earn the idea generator additional points.
5. Classification or innovation classes in your portfolio
   Assign appropriate designations for the respective quadrants in the portfolio. By default, incremental, progressive, radical, disruptive, idea pool and not relevant are provided. You can rename these to today, tomorrow, future, for example, if this is how ideas are categorized internally at your company.
