Communication and engagement

In a campaign, you will find the Comments tab. Comments at campaign level give you the opportunity to inform everyone involved quickly, easily and transparently. This facilitates communication and actively promotes interaction.

When new comments are posted, users are automatically informed by e-mail including a direct link to the campaign. Use the comment function to make users aware of the campaign again, e.g. after 2-3 weeks, and to reactivate it. When users come back to the campaign, they see other participants' ideas, like or comment on them, encourage interaction, exchange ideas or come up with a new idea themselves. Also use the comment function to inspire your users by posting photos, links or videos of possible approaches or solutions.

• It's half time! Thanks for your great ideas so far. Please keep it up!
• Our campaign will run for 2 more weeks and we look forward to receiving more ideas before we start evaluating.
• We have received # ideas for our campaign "Title" and would like to know your opinion. Please go to the campaign and like your TOP ideas.
• Hooray, the time has come! I'm happy to announce that the prizes for the best ideas in our "Title" campaign have now been announced.
• An inspiration for in between. Here is a video to...
• Important info: Due to the lively interest, we extend the duration of our campaign "Title" by 2 weeks to give everyone the opportunity to send your ideas.
• We would like to send you the following design/video/photo as a possible inspiration for our campaign "Title". We are looking forward to your ideas and approaches.
• Reminder - The campaign ends in 3 days!
