Idea status

The status of ideas can vary, either by automatic assignment (such as "Sent" or "In Evaluation") or by manual assignment (such as "Not Relevant" or "Idea Pool").

Automatic status

• Sent: Ideas that have been submitted and are, so to speak, "fresh" (from the point of view of the idea creator, "Sent").
• In evaluation: ideas that have been evaluated or marked as relevant at least once.
  
  

Manually assigned status
The status of an idea can be changed manually only by owners of a campaign.

• Not relevant: Ideas that do not fit the theme of a campaign, for example, can be classified as "not relevant" even before the evaluation phase starts. 
• Ideas pool: Ideas that cannot be implemented at present but could be interesting at a later date. These can be classified as "idea pool" even before the start of the evaluation phase. 

This allows them to manually assign a status to the ideas:

1. Go into a campaign
2. Select the Ideas tab
3. Click on an idea
4. Select the Change Status button in the upper right corner
