New overview of ideas

Managing ideas is now even clearer and easier in AnyIdea.

• In the campaign overview, the ideas submitted to a campaign can now be scrolled through endlessly and reloaded.
• In the detailed views of ideas, it is now possible to switch back and forth between ideas.
