Send idea: New functions

Send idea has been revised and extended with new functions.

When sending ideas, the details of a campaign can now be displayed. This is especially helpful when idea senders may forget what the requirements are for ideas.

In addition to submitted videos, photos or documents, the textual description of ideas is of course also important. Extended formatting options are now available and links to external sources can be inserted.
