User management updates

User management has been improved. Among other things, the editing of roles and authorizations in campaigns has been simplified.

In campaigns: 

• The editing of roles is now available directly in the user management of campaigns.
• Quick filters make user management easier and provide an overview.

In the main menu:

• We support separate user pools - for synchronized (Azure users) and non-synchronized (manually added) users.
• The quick filters in the main menu for users have been updated to All, Users, Managers and Admins.
• The "Scout" role at organizational level has been renamed "User".
• A direct link to the SSO login with pre-filled subdomain has been added.
