Visualization of the innovation projects

"Projects" has been completely revised and now offers an interactive visualization of all innovation projects of an organization, depending on categorization and status.

When ideas are implemented and an innovation project is launched, an automatic classification is made based on the evaluations carried out, e.g. from incremental ideas (low-hanging fruit with great potential and little implementation effort) to disruptive ideas. Based on the proposed ideas, more or fewer gates are available to the project. Low-hanging fruits should be implemented quickly, without an unnecessary number of gates and milestones. The proposed classification can of course be changed at any time.

A due date can be set for each gate and milestone. Users are notified by email before due dates so that they can stay up to date and actively follow the progress of projects, along with all invited team members.

The visualization not only shows the number of ideas in the different classifications, e.g. 15 progressive and 8 radical projects, but also their progress and status.
