What are AI-Scouts?‍

AI-Scouts enable automated trend and signal scouting. They continuously sift through millions of pieces of data, find the most important developments for your company on a specific topic or technology of interest, monitor them and inform you of relevant updates.

With a topic or a specific question, you give the AI-Scouts and our specially developed artificial intelligence (SynthAI) a certain direction and orientation as to the context in which data is viewed and analyzed. Based on this, they specifically identify the most important trends and signals on a topic and prioritize the results according to their relevance.

For example, one scout can be created for "Alternative materials and sustainability" and another for "New way of work". AI-Scouts are suitable for strategy and business development, technology-related issues, research & development (R&D), product management, human resources (HR), marketing and sales. You can send one or more AI-Scouts on a journey for different areas and have them work for you.‍

Create AI-Scout

1. Open portal.anyidea.ai 
2. Select Foresight from the menu.
3. Click on Scouting in the sidebar on the left.
4. Select a topic: Create an AI-Scout on a specific topic, for example "AI in healthcare".‍
5. Enter your question: Enter your question, e.g. "How will AI revolutionize healthcare?"
6. Select ‍Keywords: Generate or manually enter corresponding keywords. Select 5-6 corresponding keywords to start the AI-Scout. The calculation of the AI-Scout can take a few minutes. You will be informed by e-mail when it is complete.
7. Scouting results: After the calculation, you will be taken to the scouting results . You can adjust and reprioritize your AI-Scout as you wish.

Automatic and manual recalculation

AI-Scouts are automatically recalculated and prioritized on a weekly basis and inform you of new relevant developments and signals via e-mail.

AI-Scouts can be manually reprioritized in the following two ways:

1. Click on "Start prioritization" in the AI-Scout overview.
2. Click on "Start prioritization" in the detail screen of an AI-Scout.

By clicking on the three dots, you have the option of editing an AI-Scout, e.g. to adjust keywords. The AI-Scout is automatically recalculated with Save & prioritize.
