Data security

SSO

Many companies already use Microsoft's Active Directory service. Thanks to optional Single Sign On, you have the option of integrating your existing user authentication for access and rights assignment.

Role-based access control

Access to data is regulated within AnyIdea by role-based permissions and access controls.

AnyIdea has different user roles: Admin, Manager, Campaign Member, Evaluator and Scout.

Passwords

AnyIdea uses a password strength indicator. This gives users visual feedback on the strength of their password.

Server and hosting

AnyIdea is hosted in a fail-safe and modern infrastructure in Germany. The location in the EU enables us to handle and store all data in a DSGVO-compliant manner.

Storage and backup

All data in AnyIdea is always and everywhere available. Personal data is handled in a DSGVO-compliant manner, i.e. it is only stored when required and with consent and can be deleted at any time if desired. A data backup is carried out every day.

AVV

Due to the processing of personal data, there is a need for an order processing agreement (AVV), which is provided by AnyIdea. This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the client and contractor in accordance with the GDPR. AnyIdea thus ensures that the data is only processed for the purposes for which it was collected and that the data is protected accordingly.

Be aware of phishing and malware threats. Never give out sensitive information to strangers. We will also never ask you for passwords or confidential information. Keep your passwords safe.
