Ideas classification

Based on the submitted evaluations for an idea, a classification is automatically suggested. The classification of ideas is cross-campaign and is defined in the global innovation settings of the account.

For example, incremental ideas, or low-hanging fruits, are simple improvements with a large benefit that should be implemented quickly (few statuses and gates). Radical ideas, on the other hand, are more resource- and time-intensive and should therefore be worked out in more detail (more states and gates).

All other evaluation settings can be customized for specific campaigns.
