Structure and elements of a campaign
An idea campaign consists of the following elements:
- Ideas
- Description and goals
- Comments
- User Management (Participant)
Ideas
Here you can see all the ideas that have been added to a campaign.
Ideas that
- are new and you have not seen yet,
- have been marked as relevant by you or others (Evaluator and Owner roles),
- have been liked by you or others,
- are still to be evaluated (these are all relevant marked ideas, which have not been evaluated by you yet)
- have already been evaluated by you.
More about this under Ideas.
Description
Use this area to pique your idea generators' curiosity and motivate them.
Read more under campaign description.
Comments
Depending on your permissions in a campaign, you can see the Comments tab in the Campaign Overview. Using comments greatly facilitates information sharing and interactions with all participants in a campaign.
Read more under Comments and Engagement.
User Management (Participant)
For each campaign, you can define who has access to it, who can/should evaluate ideas, and who will manage or "own" the campaign with you.
For more on roles in campaigns, see User management and permissions.
